Regarding your imagesEdit

Greetings, Iliekchez. I noticed you have been uploading images from Kirby: Triple Deluxe with an edited higher resolution. I appreciate the attempt to focus on clarity of image, but your uploads have caused a stir on the Discord server regarding the use of unofficially rendered game images. We plan on holding a formal poll soon regarding whether or not these images should be used on the wiki. For now, I would recommend waiting before uploading more images like this. For the moment though, feel free to upload images rendered at the original resolution of 400x240 px.

Keep in mind, you are not in trouble. We are still working out the formal policy regarding images on the wiki, so just hang tight. Cheers. --Fubaka (talk) 05:25, 10 November 2019 (UTC)

A New Wind for Tomorrow in Star AlliesEdit

The music for the "Farewell to Kirby" Celebration Picture is actually an arrangement of the main recurring theme for Kirby Star Allies as a whole. In other words, that music is not an arrangement of the Kirby's Dream Land ending music. – Owencrazyboy17 (talk) 06:23, 14 November 2019 (UTC)

- woops. It sounds very similar, so I just thought it was right. Do you know which SA track is the rearrangement? iliekchez (talk) 06:25, 14 November 2019 (UTC)

Using the Kirby Star Allies: The Original Soundtrack as a reference, there are actually quite a few music tracks that leitmotif the main theme of the game a lot. Some of the outstanding tracks include:
  • Twinkle☆Stars - the title screen theme
  • Select Screen - the mode select theme
  • A Battle of Friends and Bonds - the boss battle theme
  • A Farewell to Kirby - the Celebration Picture

There's probably more, but it's been quite a while since I last listened to all the music.

I can tell you this, though, the music used for the Clash at Castle Dedede stage and when fighting Grand Mam actually does contain partial arrangements of not just King Dedede's Theme but also A New Wind for Tomorrow.

Hope it helps you out! – Owencrazyboy17 (talk) 15:09, 14 November 2019 (UTC)

Don't forget. The staff roll for Guest Star ???? Star Allies Go! also incorporates A New Wind for Tomorrow. --Fubaka (talk) 15:21, 14 November 2019 (UTC)

PatrollerEdit

Greetings, Iliekchez. You've accomplished a great deal on the wiki in the 2 weeks you've been here. As such, I would like to formally offer you a position as Patroller. Essentially, being a Patroller gives you the following additional powers/duties:

  • Ability to mark edits as "patrolled"
  • Permission to mark articles and files as "Good"
  • Access to #staff_chat channel on the Discord server
  • Ability to roll back deleterious edits
  • Eligibility for future Administrator position

All that is left for you to do is respond here accepting or denying the offer. If you accept, you will be promoted right away. What say you? --Fubaka (talk) 00:28, 19 November 2019 (UTC)

Sure, I accept. iliekchez (talk) 00:33, 19 November 2019 (UTC)
Sounds good. I will make the necessary arrangements. Congrats, and keep up the good work! --Fubaka (talk) 00:35, 19 November 2019 (UTC)

A note about your inactivityEdit

Hello Iliekchez! I hope you've been well. It's been over a year now since you've last contributed to the wiki, and you've personally made a note on your Discord profile saying you won't be active there much anymore either. This means we'll soon be removing you from the list of currently active patrollers and moving you down into "former staff", though you'll be able to return to your position any time in the future if you want. That said, if you want to keep your position altogether, you're absolutely free to respond to this message saying so within the next seven days, or on the Discord server. Otherwise, we'll go ahead and move forward with this.

Thank you for the help you've provided here either way. We all appreciate it, really. :) -- Jellytost (talk) 04:29, 1 July 2022 (UTC)

It's been much longer than seven days now. My bad sgdhsgh. That said, there's been no response, so I'm gonna go ahead and move you down. Thanks again for the work you did here. -- Jellytost (talk) 00:07, 29 August 2022 (UTC)
