Training Waddle Dee is a specific Waddle Dee encountered only in the Copy Ability Testing Rooms of Kirby: Triple Deluxe and Kirby: Planet Robobot. It is distinguished from its normal cousins by its steel fur and gleaming face and body. Training Waddle Dee can be attacked and knocked around, but it cannot be defeated or inhaled. It also cannot hurt Kirby, though it will cause him to be knocked back if the two collide.
Training Waddle Dee can be found in a small room with the entrance through the ceiling in both games it appears in. It will not move, and simply elect to stand in place, even after being knocked around. It doesn't appear to be hurt by any of Kirby's attacks, though stronger attacks will send it flying further.
