This article is about the gondolas in Kirby: Triple Deluxe and Kirby: Planet Robobot. For the gondolas in Kirby and the Rainbow Curse, see Gondola.

The Tilt Gondola[1] is an object, first appearing in Kirby: Triple Deluxe which can be ridden in and follows a set track. This can be used to carry Kirby (or King Dedede) and whatever other item he is holding on to safely across chasms and pits.

The gondola bears a simple wooden design, resembling a viking ship, however it has two bows, and is attached to a track via two colorful ropes. To get in, Kirby must jump in from above, and from there, the player will need to tilt the 3DS system in the appropriate direction to get it to move along the track. Kirby can carry any holdable item with him in the gondola, which usually is a Key or a bundle of Timed Dynamite. To get out of the gondola, Kirby can simply jump out, though it is also possible for the gondola to fall off the track and break if the track has open ends to it. Otherwise, the gondola cannot be destroyed by obstacles, though Kirby can still be hurt if he gets hit while riding it.

The Tilt Gondola also appears in some stages in Kirby: Planet Robobot, though it bears a decidedly more metallic and modern appearance, somewhat resembling a submarine.
