This article is about the Battle Stage. For the location in the Clash games, see Dream Kingdom.

The Empyrean is a Battle Stage that appears in Kirby Fighters 2. It is based on the titular location from Super Kirby Clash, using its general appearance and music. It serves as the location where Duo Edge are fought in Story Mode: The Destined Rivals.

Layout

The Empyrean is a completely flat stage with no obstacles or stage hazards. It is decently large in size, allowing a fair amount of room for maneuvering.

The stage takes place in a craggy mountaintop locales with seas of clouds stretching out into the distance. A few star-tipped towers can be seen poking out of the clouds in places.

Unlock requirements

In Kirby Fighters 2, The Empyrean is unlocked via the Fighters Rank system, attainable at Level 72. The secret song for the stage is unlocked at Fighters Rank 93.

Main article: Dream Kingdom

The Empyrean takes its aesthetic and main theme music from the identical location in Super Kirby Clash, where it serves as the backdrop for fights against Taranza, Landia, and others. The layout and look of the stage is practically identical to the original location it is based off of.
