[conjectural title]

Purpose

This template is to clarify unofficial name of a place, a character, an object, or any other subject. The name used must be as accurate to the subject as possible.

Usage

Using the template simply requires the person to type {{title}}. It should be inserted next to the name in question, usually at the top or either an article or section.
