Unofficial Render

Reason for Summon Exclusive

I was looking on the Smash Wiki at the different Summonable Spirits, and most of the spirits that are Summon-exclusive have a reason (ex.: Togepi is Summon-exclusive due to it only being obtainable via Egg.) Anyway, it said that the reason Galacta Knight was Summon-exclusive was because in most titles he appears in, he is almost always summoned to battle. should this trivia be added? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Marx4Smash (talk • contribs) . Does Smash Wiki have a source on this? There are plenty summonable spirits that don't have such a reason to my knowledge. (Super Macho Man and Gold Mario for example) If they have, then it's probably fine to add, but if they don't I would not recommend it at the time. For the record, the article in question is this one where the Galak Warrior is in the number 354. It just plainly states that "this spirit's obtainability through summoning references how Galacta Knight is frequently summoned as a secret final boss" without any type of source (actually, no spirit have a source to any "reference" statement).
So, although it is very possible that the Smash team did that on purpose, there isn't a source where Sakurai nor anyone states that. I would vote on adding that as a "maybe" ("The fact that Galacta Knight can only be obtained in SSBU through summoning may be a reference to how he is frequently summoned as a secret final boss" or something like that). Though I don't know if "maybe" trivia would look nice, or even if it is allowed, in this Wiki. -Zolerian (talk | contribs) 01:43, 21 September 2021 (UTC)
