Kirby's Dream Land 2[edit]

Kirby and Kine fighting Sweet Stuff.

In Kirby's Dream Land 2, Sweet Stuff is the boss of the third level, Ripple Field. The battle against it takes place in an auto-scrolling underwater tunnel with occasional small bumps in the ground and the ceiling.

To beat Sweet Stuff, Kirby has to either redirect the starfish that enter from the right side of the screen at the boss by using Kine's assisted inhale power or using the Water Gun on them, or attack the anglerfish directly using the Water Gun or a Copy Ability. Sweet Stuff attacks by shooting lightning bolts from its dangler, as well as by charging at Kirby. As the battle progresses, its bolts become more frequent and rapid. Squishies also join the fight here and there which may get in the way.

Although the bonus chance that can be played after defeating it takes place in the same stage, Sweet Stuff is entirely absent from it. Instead, the stage is filled with Gordos, which Kirby should avoid while collecting as many small stars as possible. Touching one of the Gordos ends the bonus game.

Kirby's Dream Land 3[edit]

In-game sprite.

Sweet Stuff reappears in Kirby's Dream Land 3 as one of the bosses painted and brought to life by Ado during the battle against her. Due to being summoned on land rather than in water, it can only move forward by hopping, occasionally creating starfish from its dangler, which fly towards Kirby. To defeat it, the pink hero must either use a Copy Ability or inhale its starfish and spit them back.

Kirby Mass Attack[edit]

In Kirby Mass Attack, Sweet Stuff appears as an enemy in the sub-game Kirby Quest, with both a Squishy and a Flotzo by its side. It is fought in both stages 23 and 33, has a total of 500 HP and gives 1400 exp when beaten.

Kirby: Triple Deluxe[edit]

In Kirby: Triple Deluxe, Sweet Stuff Drawing is a keychain, using its sprite from Kirby's Dream Land 3.
