Stretch and Collect! Scissor-Lift Road (Scissor-Lift Mouth Treasure for short) is a stage in Treasure Road, found in Originull Wasteland. This stage tasks Kirby with completing a challenge revolving around the use of Scissor-Lift Mouth, moving along tracks to collect star pieces. The stage is initially hidden, and can be found by "searching" the World Map, located at the far right end of the area atop a lighthouse. It is marked by two stars of difficulty and has a stage time of two minutes (one and a half minutes in Wild Mode), with a target time of one minute.

Stage detailsEdit

This stage tasks Kirby with making use of several scissor-lifts to move along tracks and collect star pieces, then move up to the next floor. There are a total of five levels with a scissor-lift on each one. The first three are simple affairs, with Scissor-Lift Mouth Kirby moving past Gordos and Gigatzo shots. The fourth one has him riding a moving platform. The last one has him rolling along a path of Breakable Blocks before he can collect the last star piece and open the gate aat the top, so he can use the warp pad inside to get to the Rare Stone.

There are opportunities for Kirby to cut corners a little on this stage, by stopping prematurely after collecting the things he needs and hopping off the scissor-lift to hover over to the next level.
In some cases, it may be advantageous for Kirby to take a hit rather than wait for the next cycle.
