This ghost gives off a nice glow. Wrap him up and use him as a lantern!
— Patch Plaza

Stogue is a white wisp-like ghost enemy from Kirby's Epic Yarn and Kirby's Extra Epic Yarn. His name is a reversal of the consonants in "ghost". He floats around and gives off a large glow, dispelling darkness around him. He will approach Kirby and damage him on touch, but moves generally slowly and can be captured easily using the Yarn Whip. If rolled up into a Yarn ball, Stogue will continue to give off light for a while, but will eventually dim. While giving off light, Kirby can use the wrapped-up Stogue to illuminate his path through dark areas, allowing him to see hidden beads, collectables, and obstacles in his path.

Locations[edit]

Stogue appears only in the stage Dark Manor.
