- This article is about the hovering diamond-shaped eyeball enemy, and should not be confused with Sparky.
Spark-i is the blue, diamond-shaped, electrical enemy seldom seen in Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. Its external structure pulsates, with the diamond shape itself made of four distinct sections, all of which can expand and retract to conceal the Dark Matter-looking eye at its core. Like all standard enemies, its attack deals minimal damage, but unique to Spark-i is in the firing of a rhythmic spark towards Kirby's last position, as a product of some sort of homing device. When ingested, Kirby gains the Spark copy ability. Spark-i appears on the 16th Enemy Info Card.
A larger mid-boss variant of Spark-i appears in stage 4 of Rock Star. It functions much the same as its smaller cousins, and sits in place as smaller Spark-is appear continuously to support it.
