Slippy[1] is a bulbous yellow-orange frog-like creature with two feet that commonly inhabits pools of water, but can also be seen hopping around on land. It first appeared in Kirby's Adventure, where it serves as one of the game's regular enemies, and can be seen in a handful of subsequent Kirby games, making its last proper appearance in Kirby Super Star Ultra.

Slippy's movements can be hard to predict at times, particularly when it is hopping around on land, making it a moderate threat to Kirby when he enters its territory. Aside from that, however, Slippy has little in the means of defense aside from contact damage, and can be inhaled easily. It grants no Copy Ability when swallowed, however.

If Kirby moves toward Slippy, it will sometimes hop over him. If collided with, Slippy won't be defeated, but it will be worth 3000 points.

Its in-game sprite is taken from Kirby's Dream Land 2, but its artwork as seen in the manual is re-colored from Kirby's Adventure.[2]
