Sliding Road! High-Speed Skating (Ice Treasure for short) is a stage in Treasure Road, found in Winter Horns. This stage tasks Kirby with completing a challenge revolving around the use of Ice, skating at high speed towards the goal. The stage is unlocked by completing The Battle of Blizzard Bridge. The stage is marked by two stars of difficulty and has a stage time of two minutes (one and a half minutes in Wild Mode), with a target time of 45 seconds.

Stage details

This stage is a long continuous path lined with ice which Kirby will want to move down at top speed. Along the way, he will encounter groups of enemies that he will need to Ice Storm through, and fields of Boulders, Gordos, and Gordo Bars to avoid. With deft movement, Kirby should have little issue reaching the Rare Stone at the end of this path.

Tips

The following are tips on how to attain the target time for this stage:

• To reach the target time, Kirby will want to keep moving forward as much as possible. Getting momentarily hung up here and there won't ruin the run, but getting flattened by a boulder or burned by a burning log definitely will.
• It is possible for Kirby to jump over most of the enemies and nearly all of the flaming logs, but boxes must be broken manually. The only exception are the Chillys right before the Rare Stone, who stand on top of boxes.
