Sir Slippy is an enemy which first appeared in Kirby's Adventure and has since reappeared in three other games, including the aforementioned game's remake Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land, Kirby Super Star and its remake. In every game that it has appeared in, Sir Slippy resembles a round, usually orange frog with two feet. Sir Slippy also appears in two spin-off titles: Kirby Pinball Land and Kirby's Block Ball.

In every main series game that Sir Slippy has appeared in, it is usually swimming around in the water. Due to its amphibian nature, Sir Slippy is also capable of moving around on land, where it hops around, injuring Kirby upon contact. A Sir Slippy does not provide a Copy Ability when swallowed by Kirby.
