KatAMShooty.png Shooty is an enemy in Kirby & The Amazing Mirror. It resembles a small, red and blue aeroplane with two red feet and a face, which consists solely of two angry eyes with blue irides and a small mouth.

Characteristics

Due to being based on aircraft, these adversaries are often found floating at high altitudes, inhabiting mountainous regions and Candy Constellation, among other places. When encountered by Kirby, they may either follow a set path resembling an eight or fly in a more unpredictable manner, attempting to remain close to the hero. Shooty is able to operate underwater in addition to flying through the air.

Besides causing damage on collision, Shooties have two attacks at their disposal, which they execute from time to time depending on the circumstances: if Kirby is in front of one, it may fire two small, pink bullets into the direction it is facing, which are dangerous to touch; if he is below the Shooty, however, it will flash for a short time and proceed to drop a small aerial bomb, which explodes in a harmful blast on contact with anything.

Shooties are vulnerable to any attack, possessing the same amount of health as a Waddle Dee. When inhaled and swallowed, they yield no Copy Ability.
