Poppy Bros. Jr., also spelt Poppy Bros Jr. (singular: Poppy Bro Jr.) are common enemies in the Kirby series. They are much weaker versions of the Poppy Bros. Sr. Mid-Boss. Most Poppy Bros. Jr. do not have a Copy Ability, but are seen riding apples, Grizzos and Maxim Tomatoes. Those that do yield an ability traditionally possess the Bomb or Cutter abilities. In the Revenge of the King stage of Kirby Super Star Ultra, an enemy called Perot appears, which looks like a clown-like version of Poppy Bros Jr.

Since Kirby's Return to Dream Land, Poppy Bros. Jr. has been solidified as a Bomb-wielding enemy who consistently provides that ability to Kirby when swallowed. He can also be seen tossing bombs between the foreground and background in subsequent titles, and can become a Helper in Kirby: Star Allies.

"Sometimes riding on Grizzos, other times balancing on apples or Maxim Tomatoes, this little clown clearly has some skills. Unfortunately, his job isn't to make people laugh--it's to get in Kirby's way. As you might expect from the "Jr." in his name, there's also a Poppy Bros. Sr., and he's a slightly bigger nuisance."

• Poppy Bros. Jr.'s alternative colTemplate:Oration in Kirby Super Star Ultra's Helper To Hero game is a purple suit and hat.
• Poppy Bros. Jr.'s bomb (in hand) blows up in 5 seconds unless thrown.
• Poppy Bros. Jr. initially had different eyes, which resembled black dots with wedges in the middle like a more classic cartoon. In newer titles, his eyes look more like Kirby's, though they are slightly wider.
