Planet Earthfall is a wooded planet cloaked in eternal autumn, serving as the first stage of Far-Flung Starlight Heroes in Kirby Star Allies. This stage is filled with Treasure Chests along the path, though only some of them have any valuable items inside. Pressing the Big Switch in this stage unlocks the host level's Dream Palace. Completing this stage unlocks Falluna Moon.

Overview

The stage begins along the autumn path. Kirby will need to deal with a few foes and some Shotzos along the way.

In the next area, Kirby can find a bunch of Treasure Chests, though only some contain any items of note. One has a Key, which Kirby will need to move forward.

The next area has Kirby and his allies climbing a vertical passageway, guarded by fire shield bearers.

From there, Kirby will need to sift through more treasure chests to find the next Key and move forward. A chest is hidden in leaves and contains an Invincible Candy, located left to the key door.

The following area has Kirby and his allies pitted against a strong Bugzzy, and must defeat him before moving forward. With the Invincible Candy taken in the previous area, Kirby can defeat Bugzzy with ease.

The last location has Kirby and his friends scaling a structure with several ladders and treasure chests. At the top is the Key needed to unlock the way to the stage exit back at the bottom.

Up the vertical path, a leaf pile conceals a round-trip door. Inside is a room where a fan challenge needs to be solved to obtain this picture piece.

In the last area, a grotto can be opened by using Friend Throw or Friend Super-Vac to bust through the rocks in the way. Inside is the switch.

Hidden Area

Nintendo Switch News Channel reveals the hidden door location.

Version 3.0.0 added a hidden area in this stage. To access this area, enter the hole in the bushes at the top left corner of the vertical section (where the Rare Picture Piece room entrance is also found).

This hidden area is a long horizontal path with a lot of blocks between platforms. Vividria is fought midway, but is challenging to defeat, thanks to the destructible blocks between platforms (Kirby may fall into the pit by accident).

After the mid-boss battle, the path leads to three trees. Destroying the Bomb Blocks under the trees will make many items pop out on them: oranges on the left one, Picture Pieces and a 1-Up on the the middle one, and melons on the right one. The door to the next area (where the Invincible Candy is found) are right beside these trees.

Guest Star ???? Star Allies Go!

The following lists the locations of Power-Up Hearts and Dream Rod in Planet Earthfall. Note that not all of them appear for every Friend.

Power-Up Hearts

  • Speed Heart: Appears after defeating an ambush in the beginning Shotzo area (for some Friends only).
  • Speed Heart: Replaces the Rare Picture Piece (for some Friends only, if the vertical area appears).
  • Health Heart: After defeating Bugzzy, it is found inside in a block with a big Jammerjab standing.

Dream Rod

The Big Switch area of Planet Earthfall only appears if 1P is Broom Hatter (using Friend Super-Vac), a Friend who can use Friend Throw (Knuckle Joe, Bugzzy, Beetley, Gooey), Magolor (using Magoloran Launch or The Three Mage-Sisters (using an ally that can use Friend Throw). Pressing the switch will make the Dream Rod appear.
