Blinded by the power of the crown, the dragon attacked. Bring him back to the light!
— Ordeal: Tougher! Parallel Landia flavor text from Team Kirby Clash Deluxe

Parallel Landia is a boss that is encountered in both Team Kirby Clash Deluxe and in Super Kirby Clash. Parallel Landia is a dark-hued Landia from Another Dimension. Based on his description, Parallel Landia is possibly what Landia would become if he was overtaken by the full power of the Master Crown.

Despite the similar naming scheme, it is unknown if there is a relationship between Parallel Landia and the other Parallel bosses seen in Kirby Star Allies.

Boss Battle

In Team Kirby Clash Deluxe, Parallel Landia is the third Ordeal boss of the Decisive Battlefield, and is unlocked after Parallel Susie is defeated.

Parallel Landia attacks in much the same way as his normal counterpart, but his attacks are longer, faster, and more forceful. He can be considered to be Landia SDX for this reason.

In Team Kirby Clash Deluxe, defeating Parallel Landia is required to advance to the penultimate Ordeal, "Tougher! The Final Battle" with Dark Taranza & King D-Mind. In Super Kirby Clash, Parallel Landia is the only boss in the game to be fought in exactly one Quest; a Party Quest at the Decisive Battlefield from after clearing all Story Quests.

Attacks

Being the Another Dimension counterpart to Landia, Parallel Landia shares all of the same attacks as Landia and Landia EX, though he is considerably stronger and faster.

The following are Parallel Landia's attacks in Team Kirby Clash Deluxe and Super Kirby Clash. Attack names are conjectural:

Attack Description
Fire Shots Parallel Landia fires paired fire balls from his mouths.
Triple Spin Strike Parallel Landia flies in close and performs three rapid spins, striking with his wings and his feet. He may stop in-between strikes to shoot more fire balls.
Dive Parallel Landia dives in a maneuver that cannot be ducked at its lowest point.
Fire Breath Parallel Landia breathes fire with two of his heads, covering much of the stage. Parallel Landia also moves side-to-side while performing this move. Additionally, Parallel Landia may systematically use this move, then move to a different position and use it again.
Gust Parallel Landia flaps his wings, creating a torrent of wind that pushes Kirby back, and also creates sharp gust projectiles that cannot be batted away. Parallel Landia then circles around and performs this move again on the other side.
Back Dive Parallel Landia flies into the background, then attempts to ram Kirby.
Bomber Dragons Parallel Landia re-positions and fires multiple shots downward repeatedly, covering a large area systematically. Additionally, other dragons will perform Dives while this is happening.
Volt Transfer Parallel Landia flies into a grid formation, and starts charging electricity between his bodies, while flying across the stage.
Quad Dive Parallel Landia dives each of his bodies across the stage, one at a time.
Fireball Toss Parallel Landia forms a large fireball and tosses it around to his other parts, while moving closer in, then back out. The fireball then flies into the background, splits into three, and crashes on the stage.

Music

Main article: Pink Ball Activate!

Parallel Landia's battle music in Team Kirby Clash Deluxe is "Final Takeoff" from Kirby: Planet Robobot. Originally used in the Planet Robobot Theater movie "Please… Get Him…!", this track is a rock arrangement of "Pink Ball Activate!" (theme of the Robobot Armor).

In Super Kirby Clash, his battle theme is a re-orchestrated version of the main theme for Heroes in Another Dimension from Kirby Star Allies.
