Pacto is an enemy that debuted in Kirby's Dream Land 3. It vaguely resembles Pac-Man, but possesses big, round eyes and red teeth. If it catches Kirby in its mouth, it chews him up and spits him out again, similarly to a Peloo. It is vulnerable to attack, except in Kirby: Canvas Curse, where these creatures jump out of their pit constantly to eat anyone who closes in on them and attack even faster. Due to their inability to be inhaled, Pactos cannot grant a Copy Ability.

Pacto also appears in Kirby's Return to Dream Land, where it is found only in the Raisin Ruins level and is identical in its attacks from its last appearance. However, there is a cloudy version of a Pacto found in Nutty Noon known as a Pacloud.

Pacto makes another appearance in Kirby: Triple Deluxe, with identical functionality to the previous appearance. This time, however, its alternate variety is found in Wild World and is a flowery variant called a Pacflower. Pacto has since reappeared in Kirby: Planet Robobot, serving the same purpose as before, though this time with no alternate variant.
