Onion Ocean - Stage 1

Onion Ocean - Stage 1 is the first stage of Onion Ocean in Template:KRtDL KAW. There are three Energy Spheres in this stage. The Spear ability and Snow Bowl Super Ability debut in this stage.
Overview
The stage begins on a sunny coastline, with a fair number of pools on the main path. Kirby will have to make his way across several blockades of enemies, coconuts, and other hazards. Some of these stretches will have Kirby hanging from a rope as he moves forward. At the end, a Warp Star can be accessed to move forward in style.
The Warp Star carries Kirby up the sandy cliffs, bouncing off enemies as it does so.
The Warp Star deposits Kirby at the top of a high cliff, with lots of obstacles along the way down. Kirby will need to make his way to the bottom and brave the Barracu-infested pool at the bottom to move forward.
From here, Kirby must navigate another beachside, this time with Twister and a number of large coconuts to contend with.
The coat makes way for sparser island platforms over bottomless water bodies. Here, Kirby can sample the Spear ability for the first time, and use it to clear his way forward while riding on wooden platforms.
Reaching dry land once more, Kirby will need to sidestep a sand castle and its torches to reach the Super Chilly on the other side. Swallowing this rare enemy yields the Snow Bowl ability, which Kirby can use to steamroll all the obstacles up ahead.
The path continues with more obstacles that can be flattened using Snow Bowl. At the end of this path, a giant sandcastle can be destroyed to reveal a rift to an alternate dimension.
Alternate Dimension stretch
The rift barrier approaches from above, as Kirby will need to make his way downward via a switchback path broken by platforms that need to be lowered via Switch. Some of the sections are filled with water, while others have patrolling Gordos. At the bottom, Kirby can reach the chamber where he will fight a fiery Sphere Doomer and clear this area.
Once out of the rift, the stage exit can be found just to the right up a slope.
Energy Sphere Guide
- During the Spear section featuring the platform rides, a Bomb Block needs to be hit behind a Gordo. This will open the way to a side room where a minor Key puzzle needs to be solved. This will yield the sphere.
- These two spheres are earned by defeating the Sphere Doomer at the end of the rift.
