SmashWiki has more information about this subject here.
This article is about Master Hand as a Mid-Boss. For Master Hand and Crazy Hand as a boss, see Master Hand & Crazy Hand.

Master Hand is a Mid-Boss in Kirby & The Amazing Mirror. He is a disembodied white glove of a right hand who likes to create.

Master Hand makes his appearance as a Mid-Boss in Kirby & The Amazing Mirror. As a Mid-Boss, he appears alone, and when defeated, provides Kirby with the Smash ability if sucked in and swallowed.

Master Hand has several moves from his games, including finger bullets, grabbing, sweeping, and swiping. There are a handful of differences, however. One example is that his "bullets" are made of fire and are considerably slower than in the actual Smash games. If Kirby inhales one of these, he will get the Burning ability. Another difference is his throw after he grabs Kirby. Instead of throwing him downwards or sideways like he does in Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros., he smashes his fist to the ground.

Locations

Mid-Boss Master Hand may be found in the following rooms:

Other appearances

Master Hand also appears as a Stone sculpture in Kirby: Planet Robobot and as a sticker in that game. He also appears as a Character Treat in Kirby's Dream Buffet (the hands that appear in gameplay are the Server Hands, not Master Hand & Crazy Hand).

Trivia

  • In the internal data for Kirby Star Allies, the glove that appears in the Game Over menu is referred to as Master Hand. This does not technically count as an appearance, however. The Server Hands in Kirby's Dream Buffet are also both named "Master Hand" internally.
