Game appearances
Kirby & The Amazing Mirror
Master Hand appears as a Mid-Boss in Kirby & The Amazing Mirror. As the former, he appears alone, and when defeated, provides Kirby with the Smash ability if sucked in and swallowed. As a boss, he appears together with Crazy Hand, defending the Mirror Shard of Candy Constellation.
Master Hand has several moves from his games, including finger bullets, grabbing, sweeping, and swiping. There are a handful of differences, however. One example is that his "bullets" are made of fire and are considerably slower than in the actual Smash games. If Kirby inhales one of these, he will get the Burning ability. Another difference is his throw after he grabs Kirby. Instead of throwing him downwards or sideways like he does in Melee and Super Smash Bros., he smashes his fist to the ground.
With Crazy Hand, he also has the new move of the hands "Hi-five"ing slowly in the center of the stage, bearing a resemblance to the "clap" move in Melee. In addition, the hands retain the combo move of Master Hand punching Crazy Hand's palm.
