This is a list of Kirby references outside of the Kirby games.
Mario series
Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins
- In the 2nd level of the Turtle Zone, an enemy named Unibō strongly resembles Gordos.
Super Mario Maker
- Three of the costumes Mario wears are based off of Kirby, King Dedede and Meta Knight. The sounds that each costume makes are the same sounds in Kirby's Adventure.
- If the unknown reader places a Spike Trap in a Super Mario World-based underwater level, the sprite used is based on a Gordo.
Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga
- At the Yoshi Theater in this game, it advertises a film based around the Kirby series. It doesn't appear in its 3DS remake.
The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening
- An enemy known as "Anti Kirby" appears in this game.
