Jumping is a Sub-Game in Kirby's Dream Land 3, accessible from a save file after completing MG-5. It is based on the Goal Game. Completing this sub-game is required for 100% Completion.

Overview

File:Jumping Game 2.jpg
Kirby and Pitch make a jump.

Unlike MG-5, the unknown reader can choose to play as either just Kirby, or Kirby paired up with one of his six Animal Friends. (choosing a different friend does have a small impact on how to time the jumps)

The game takes place in an endless sequence of steps. In each step, Kirby has to land on a space with a happy face beneath it. If he lands on a space with a Tick underneath, he gets jabbed and loses. Each step adds one more Tick than the last, until there is only one happy face left. Once it reaches this point, the game will continue indefinitely until Kirby makes a mis-jump.

To complete this Sub-Game, Kirby must clear at least 10 rounds.

Trivia

  • the unknown reader can earn up to 99 points, after which the score will not update.
