This article is about the theme music for Iceberg in Kirby's Dream Land 2. For the level itself, see Iceberg.

"Iceberg"[conjectural title] is the primary theme which plays in the corresponding level Iceberg in Kirby's Dream Land 2. It was composed by Hirokazu Ando and Tadashi Ikegami.

Composition[edit]

The Iceberg theme plays at roughly 149 beats per minute in a 4/4 time signature. It is generated within the game itself using the Game Boy's programmable sound generator. It begins with a short introductory statement which lasts about 6.5 seconds before proceeding into the main portion of the song, which lasts about 32 seconds before looping and is split into two verses, with the second one being 50% longer than the first.

Game appearances[edit]

Kirby's Dream Land 2[edit]

So far, this music has only appeared in the Iceberg stage of Kirby's Dream Land 2. It plays during the introductory cutscene for the level, leading into the first time Kirby visits the Level Hub, and also plays as the default music within the first four stages themselves.
