Ice Cream Island - Stage 6 is the final stage of Ice Cream Island in Kirby's Adventure and its remake, Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land. This stage pits Kirby against Paint Roller, whom he must defeat to obtain the second piece of the Star Rod and advance to the next level; Butter Building.

OverviewEdit

Main article: Paint Roller

The stage begins directly in the boss chamber, which consists of an enclosed space with a solid floor, two upper platform decks on opposing sides, and four painter's canvases in the background. Paint Roller himself appears on the scene, and attacks by skating along to a random canvas and then painting an object. Once finished painting, the object comes to life and attacks Kirby, but can be inhaled and spat back at its painter to counter. Paint Roller continuously moves between canvases and paints new objects, waiting only a brief moment after finishing a painting before moving again. His unpredictable movement between canvases can be just as dangerous as the things he paints, as Kirby can be hurt by simply touching him.

Once Paint Roller is defeated, he immediately explodes and vanishes, leaving the second Star Rod piece behind for Kirby to collect. After a hearty dance, Kirby moves on to the hub of the next level; Butter Building.
