The Pillow Case

Tertiary character In this episode, Hana is one of the Cappies that gets a dream pillow from King Dedede, and is subsequently subjected to nightmares about Kirby. She is later possessed to get rid of him along with the others, forming a mob that heads to Kirby's House. Before they can do anything, however, the spell over them is broken when Meta Knight reveals the Noddys inside the pillows. "I was just dreaming about Kirby!"

Tertiary character In this episode, Hana is present at Chef Shiitake's cooking show as one of the judges. Later on, when Kirby is affected by swallowing all of the Gijira Extract, he envisions her as a giant hot dog along with Mayor Len. "How awful! A chef in his position ought to be ashamed of himself!"
The Kirby Derby - Part I

Primary character Hana has a leading role in this episode. After Mayor Len expresses his interest in racing in King Dedede's Grand Prix event, she becomes upset with him, as he seems to have forgotten that the day was meant to be their anniversary. She tries to hint this fact to him without saying it out loud, though Mayor Len seems to be absorbed in the idea of winning the race, and is dismissive of her. Later on, when the race is about to start, Hana decides that she will spend the anniversary with him by joining him as his co-pilot in the race, which Mayor Len is initially hesitant to allow, but ultimately gives in to. "You're being irresponsible! You have more important things to deal with! Important personal obligations..." This episode marks Hana's first leading role.
The Kirby Derby - Part II

Primary character In this episode, Hana continues her position from the last episode as Mayor Len's co-pilot. At several points during the race, she has them stop to do various things, including getting them a box lunch from Chef Kawasaki and stopping during the race to clean up some caltrips that King Dedede had spilled on the roadway. Mayor Len is frustrated at these "time-wasting" events, but can do little about it. Despite these setbacks, Mayor Len and Hana end up winning the race by coasting behind the air draft created by Wheel Kirby. Mayor Len reveals to Hana after the race that he had not forgotten about the anniversary, and was actually trying to win the race so he could present the trophy to her to commemorate the day. "You're the one who made a campaign promise to keep the streets clean!"

Tertiary character In this episode, Hana can be seen in a couple scenes, reacting to the accusations leveled against Kirby by King Dedede's propaganda, and later she can be seen reacting to all the newspapers that King Dedede sends to the townsfolk to try and regain the upper hand in his information war with Tiff. At the end, she can be seen with a group of Cappies backing up Kirby against King Dedede and returning his newspapers to him. "Why this is the third one I've gotten today!"

When Erasem is removed from Escargoon's body, they all proceed to remember who he is, and wonder why they are looking at photos of him. When Erasem wanders into town shortly afterward, Hana and the others take cover back in the police headquarters. "Get inside! Get inside!"

Scare Tactics - Part I

Tertiary character In this episode, Hana accompanies Mayor Len and the other Cappies to the woods outside Cappy Town to celebrate the annual "spook-out" event. When she and Mayor Len go walking along the wooded path, she becomes annoyed with Mayor Len when he faints from one of the ghost puppets he himself had set up. Later on, when King Dedede and Escargoon start mucking around in the woods, she and the others become convinced by their tricks that there are real ghosts inside the woods, and they all run off. "I held my hubby's hand when the trail got too scary!"
