Grass Land - Stage 3 is the third stage of Grass Land in Kirby's Dream Land 3. This stage introduces Coo and Kine, and also features the mini-game called Which Gordo was thrown?.

Overview

This stage begins out in rugged country with a number of enemies on the wings. A side-chamber can be accessed where Kine and Coo are waiting.

The door leads to a cliff-face which auto-scrolls upward. At the top, when the door is centered, the scrolling stops.

In this room, Kirby will play a Sub-Game with a local blue denizen with a hat. In this game, this capped presenter throws three Gordos past a screen, briefly showing a specific face. Kirby then has to guess which face it was. If all three guesses are correct, Kirby wins the game, but even if he loses, the door to the next area still opens up.

From up top, Kirby will have to progress down the cliff in another auto-scrolling area as a bunch of Nruff do the same on the other side. They will meet at the bottom, near the door.

This area is another open field. Kirby will have to contend with Shotzos and a surprise metal boulder from the sky before reaching the stage exit.

In the last room, Kirby will receive a Heart Star from the blue being if he got all three guesses right in the earlier game.

In the third room, after ascending the cliff, Kirby finds a hat-wearing character aside two rocky screens. He tosses a metal ball behind the screens, which transforms into a Gordo with a specific face in-between them - visible for only a very brief moment as such. Kirby has to then guess what the face looked like. This procedure is repeated twice more. If Kirby gets all three faces right, he will be able to collect a Heart Star from the character at the end of the stage.
