"forzudo" can be translated to various words, but "tough" is one of them. As "forzuda" is lowercase, I suppose that all of that title would go in lowercase ("Bestia" is in uppercase just because it is the first word), that is why I put beast in lowercase. I have no clue from where "-ondo" comes from. I saw a place that says that "-ondo" is a sufix to make things sound "greater"; but I couldn't confirm that by other pages.)

This article is about the large gorilla-like boss from Kirby and the Forgotten Land, and should not be confused with Goriath.

Gorimondo, titled Strong-Armed Beast, is a boss in the Kirby series, making his debut in Kirby and the Forgotten Land. He is a giant gorilla-like entity with black fur and skin, with red accent marks on his face and arms, and white fur stripes on his head, with the one on top formed into a mohawk. Gorimondo appears to be one of the first bosses that Kirby faces, and he keeps a gold cage containing three trapped Waddle Dees as a necklace. Presumably, defeating Gorimondo allows Kirby to free these Waddle Dees.

In the reveal trailer for Kirby and the Forgotten Land, it is shown that Kirby gets grabbed by Gorimondo through a window in a cut-scene prior to the proper boss fight starting.

His name is a mix of 'gorilla' and 'mondo', the latter word being slang for huge (originating from Italian).
