Francisca (named Fran Kiss in Japan) is a Boss who is set to debut in Kirby: Star Allies. She is described as the 'Frozen General', and presumably serves the main antagonist of the game (as both sport a peculiar emblem on their hats). Her appearance is very similar to that of Susie, but she is dressed as a military general, and doesn't have visible feet. There are two other generals who look very similar to her, (and they might be sisters) but their names have not yet been revealed.
Only a brief glimpse of her attack patterns have been revealed thus far, but she appears to be able to hover, strike with a giant snowflake-style axe, and use a soaker gun to fire streams of chilly water. It is also not yet known which level she will be the boss of.
Trivia
- After her reveal in the January 11th Nintendo Direct, Francisca became the avatar used on the Kirby 25th Twitter feed to present updates for Star Allies content and news, similar to Susie for Planet Robobot and the spin-offs therein. She would eventually share this role with the other two generals after they had been introduced.
- Francisca is voiced by Reina Ueda, a young voice actress and singer from Toyama Prefecture.
- Feancisca's battle theme is titled Prayer Song to God.
