Flappy is a common enemy only found in Kirby Air Ride.
Overview
Flappy's basic appearance is that of an unusual, multicolored, half-bird half-dragon-like creature.
Kirby obtains the Wing ability when swallowing Flappy.

Kirby Air Ride
In Kirby Air Ride, Flappys do not attack Kirby directly, but do follow him wherever he goes, and can harm Kirby if the two come in contact. Flappys normally appear in random places, usually in race courses; preferably Fantasy Meadows.
Kirby GCN
Flappy was planned to appear in Kirby GCN as an enemy and a Helper, but this game ended up being cancelled. It has not appeared in any games since then.
