Endless Explosions - Stage EX (also called Stage 7 EX) is an optional stage in Endless Explosions, unlocked once all Sun Stones from prior Endless Explosions stages have been collected. There are two Sun Stones and 4 Keychains in this stage. The Rare Keychain is one depicting Yin-Yarn.

Overview

The stage begins in the lava beds. Kirby will have to navigate over the lava lake using various platforms.

The next area is a swim through many suspended water bars, interspersed with Gigatzo fire.

The area following involves a 3-D Laser Bar and a couple Wonkeys. From there, Kirby will have to run away from several spiky walls, then deal with rotating walls.

In the last area, Kirby fights against Grand Wheelie DX before reaching the stage exit.

Sun Stone & Rare Keychain Guide

  • Sun Stone 1 - In the area with the Wonkeys, Kirby has to successfully guard the second Wonkey until it reaches the gate with the Key. Going in the door yields a room with an Archer puzzle which will yield this stone upon completion.
  • Sun Stone 2 - After defeating Grand Wheelie DX, this stone can be found inside a chest at the end of the stage.
  • Rare Keychain - During the spiky wall section, this keychain can be found by heading up above one of the 3D Teleporters.
