Driver Waddle Dee is an enemy and stage hazard that debuted in the game Kirby: Planet Robobot. They are Waddle Dees who drive vehicles, ranging in size from passenger cars to larger trucks and buses. The vehicles themselves have headlights that resemble eyes. If Kirby is hit by one, he is sent flying toward the screen or the background, depending on the direction they are driving in. Driver Waddle Dees also respond to traffic lights if there are any, stopping at red lights and driving at green lights.
