Drill Machine (Japanese: ドリルマシン) is a hazardous object which can be found in Kirby's Return to Dream Land, in Egg Engines - Stage 3. It is a box with a spiky surface on one side and a piston mechanism inside which regularly shoots out the spiky side while spinning it. Kirby will take damage if he touches the spikes.
Kirby can make his way past this hazard, but if he has the Flare Beam ability, he can destroy it. Doing so will cause Point Stars and occasionally food to drop from the remains of the box.
