This article is about the large Floof variant, and should not be confused with Dekofloof.
While riding the tank, you'll see a switch that determines which of two paths you rumble down. If you activate that switch, you'll travel down a path where you'll see an enemy carrying a medal. He'll try to escape, so defeat him quickly, or else he'll get away with that medal!
— Daroach, referring to the Delufloof in Volcano Valley - Stage 2

Delufloof[1] is a larger variant of Floof that appears in Kirby Mass Attack. It is similar in most every respect to the smaller Floof, but it has greater Stamina, as one might expect. It can be found in various stages, and will usually attempt to float away with one of the Medals. The Kirbys will need to chase it down and pummel it to get the medal it has. Defeating Delufloof confers 1,000 points onto the player.
