Deep-Divin' Kirby Submarine is the third stage of the level Orange Woodland in Kirby and the Rainbow Curse. In this stage, Kirby uses the Kirby Submarine transformation for a second time to travel through a river in a jungle area. While taking this course, Kirby will need to contend with the many Dangle Sloths that try to toss bombs at him.

Completing the stage unlocks Hooplagoon of the Lake.

Overview

The stage begins with a shallow pool of water, which Kirby can traverse through without issue to get to the door underwater.

In the next room, Elline uses a canvas to transform Kirby into the Kirby Submarine before he proceeds through the door on the right.

From there, Kirby will need to make his way up and around a relatively calm set of watery tunnels. Here, the game demonstrates that Kirby Submarine can swim up waterfalls.

In the next area, the stage begins proper, as Kirby Submarine is placed in a deep river in an auto-scrolling area headed to the right. As Kirby travels down this river, he will have to contend with lots of Dangle Sloths, which will try to throw bombs at him. Defeating them releases a lot of Point Stars and other items from the vines they come down on. This path is a fairly long one, and three treasure chests can be collected while heading down it. At the end, the ground lowers, prompting Kirby to head down a long vertical chute to reach the door at the bottom.

The next room has nowhere to go at first, but Kirby is soon ambushed by a bunch of Blippers. Once all of them are defeated, the door forward opens.

Kirby then ends up in a vertical channel that auto-scrolls upward. Two more treasure chests can be found in this area, both of which are accessed through doors to optional side areas. As Kirby makes his way up the main path, he will need to set off Bomb Blocks and dodge the Gordos that sink as a result.

In the last area, Kirby returns to normal. There is nothing in the way of the roulette wheel at the end of the stage.

Treasure	How to reach
Treasure 1: Kirby Submarine Figurine	While traveling along the first auto-scrolling area, this chest can be found high up, supported by a long Star Block along with some Gordos. Breaking the block will cause these items to fall. The chest sinks more slowly than the Gordos, but it should still be collected quickly before it becomes unreachable.
Treasure 2: Bubbly Clouds Track	Further along the river, this chest can be found held up by some metal blocks. Kirby will need to fire a Star Torpedo to access it.
Treasure 3: Dangle Sloth Figurine	Even further along the river, a puzzle piece can be seen past a waterfall. Kirby will need to collect all the puzzle pieces that appear to get the chest.
Treasure 4: Big Forest Track	At the start of the vertical scrolling area, a door to a challenge room can be found to the right. In this room, Kirby needs to steer some torpedoes to hit some switches out of water to make the chest accessible.
Treasure 5: Waddle Dee (submarine) Figurine	This chest can be found in a separate room which can be reached through a doorway to the left near the top of the vertical scrolling area. Kirby will need a Star Torpedo to access this chest.
