Colossal Spear Waddle Dee is a giant Spear Waddle Dee that debuts as a boss in Super Kirby Clash, serving as Super Kirby Clash's counterpart to Colossal Waddle Dee, who does not appear in this game. It is fought in a total of seven distinct Quests, with all but the first partnering it with other Colossal enemies.

Trivia
- Unlike Colossal Waddle Dee, Colossal Spear Waddle Dee has a standard orange color, matching other Waddle Dees.
- The spear that it holds is the same as Bandana Waddle Dee's, just with a purple ribbon instead of a red/orange one.
- Like with Colossal Waddle Dee in Team Kirby Clash Deluxe, if the battle goes on for long enough, Colossal Spear Waddle Dee will wave toward the screen, breaking the fourth wall.
