Buzz-Saw Cutter is an Evolved Copy Ability based on Cutter that appears in Kirby and the Forgotten Land. Kirby now wields a buzz-saw that he can throw to damage enemies. Unlike the previous evolutions, these buzz-saws have the ability to ricochet off walls.

Buzz-Saw Cutter moveset
Move	Button execution	Description
Buzz-Saw Boomerang	B	Kirby ejects a buzz-saw blade forwards. It can ricochet off walls multiple times, both when traveling outwards and when returning to Kirby. If Kirby does not catch it, it will travel an indefinite horizontal distance, and can bounce off walls.
Hyper Buzz-Saw	Hold B and release	By holding B, Kirby freezes the tossed Buzz-Saw Boomerang in midair and charges it, and Kirby can move freely while charging. There are 3 levels of charge: Lv 1: The Buzz-Saw Boomerang turns yellow, and has the same power as the uncharged Cutter Boomerang when released. Lv 2: The Buzz-Saw Boomerang turns red and bigger, and has increased power when released. Lv 3: The Buzz-Saw Boomerang turns flashing colors and even bigger, and has further increased power when released. After releasing B (or over a certain time period at Lv 3), the Buzz-Saw Boomerang accelerates backwards and returns to Kirby, and its power is increased as it travels further. It can bounce off walls on the return trajectory.
Cleaving Buzz-Saw	B near an enemy	Kirby takes a blade and swipes it forwards.
Final Buzz-Saw	B + B after Cleaving Buzz-Saw	After a series of swipes, Kirby leaps upwards and drops downwards, dragging the nearby enemy alongside and shooting out a Beam and a Buzz-Saw Boomerang on landing (which can be charged into a Hyper Buzz-Saw by holding B).

Trivia

• Buzz-Saw Cutter is the only second-level Evolved Copy Ability with the Figure rarity of 3 Stars besides Meta Knight Sword and Wild Hammer.
