Biblio is a minor recurring supporting character in the anime series Kirby: Right Back at Ya!. He is a Cappy who runs the local book store in Cappy Town. He was the last of the regular named Cappies to be introduced in the series: he first appeared in Watermelon Felon, but did not have a speaking role until A Novel Approach.

Biblio can be distinguished by his small spectacles, brown bushy mustache, and brown vest.
