Biblio is a minor recurring supporting character in the anime series Kirby: Right Back at Ya!. He is a Cappy who runs the local book store in Cappy Town. He was the last of the regular named Cappies to be introduced in the series: he first appeared in Watermelon Felon, but did not have a speaking role until A Novel Approach.

Biblio can be distinguished by his small spectacles, brown bushy mustache, and brown vest. He rarely makes more than a cameo appearance in most of the episodes he is featured in, and as such, receives very little development as a character. He usually doesn't speak in the episodes he appears in, and even where he does, he typically only has one line. He is generally characterized as a studious and uptight bookkeeper, who becomes furious at any disruptions to his bookstore. His role is so incidental that there is not a single moment where he directly contributes to the storyline of any episode.
