This article is about the stage in Kirby Fighters. For Another Dimension in a more general context, see Another Dimension.

Another Dimension is a Battle Stage in Kirby Fighters and serves as the stage where Shadow Kirby is fought in the Single Player Mode. The stage features an entirely flat layout with no additional stage hazards or obstacles. This area is based on Another Dimension, a location that appears in several Kirby games.

Layout

Unlike other stages in Kirby Fighters, Another Dimension is flat, and contains no obstacles whatsoever. When playing the Single Player mode, Another Dimension is always the last stage which Kirby visits. The stage takes the general appearance and music of Level 8: Another Dimension from [[Kirby's Return to Dream Land|Template:KRDL KAW]], though none of the enemies and other hazards endemic to that level show up in the stage. The stage features abstract plant-like structures in the background which do not feature in any other iteration of Another Dimension.

Despite the hazard-less nature of the stage, items still pop up regularly in the Single Player mode which can be used to turn the tide of the battle. However, if the stage is being played on Very Hard difficulty, no items will appear.

Origin

Main article: Another Dimension

Another Dimension takes its name, appearance, and theme music from Level 8: Another Dimension from Kirby's Return to Dream Land. This outer space-like dimension is featured at the end of that game, when Kirby and his allies ride on Landia to stop their traitorous friend Magolor from using the Master Crown to dominate the galaxy. While not much is known about this location, it can be accessed at any given point by opening a dimensional rift using sufficiently powerful magic. It is a very unstable realm, where crushing walls of energy can move quickly and the landscape shifts at will.
