Amprey are invincible enemies that debuted in the game Kirby's Epic Yarn and later appered in Kirby's Extra Epic Yarn. Encountered in underwater levels, these purple, eel-like creatures swim circles around set features of the landscape.
Appearance
Amprey are relatively large enemies with purple bodies, yellow button eyes and green fins. As the amprey are electric, their bodies also flash a brighter shade of green and purple. Attached to their tails are a small number of large beads Kirby can collect without taking damage. However, if he collides with the rest of an Amprey, he will lose some of his beads.
