Welcome to WiKirby![edit]

WiKirby.png
Hi there JonCna, and welcome to WiKirby! We hope you'll enjoy editing here; check out our help guide for editing tips and information on do's and don'ts. Also, please keep in mind that all edits are subject to moderation until you become autoconfirmed (5 edits and 24 hours)! If you need any help, just contact one of the administrators. Thanks! — The WiKirby Staff

Hallo there[edit]

Please read the help pages and learn about how a wiki works before making any more edits, and also be aware that stealing images from the wikia as you were apparently attempting to do is not allowed. If you wish to experiment with coding, please use the Sandbox. If these unconstructive edits keep up, you will need to be blocked.--Vellidragon 15:30, 20 June 2012 (CDT)

Oh, and another thing... Instead of saving pages right away, please click the "Show preview" button first; this will show you how the edit will look and whether whatever you attempted to insert into the article is working properly. If it's broken, please don't save it that way.--Vellidragon 15:42, 20 June 2012 (CDT)
As for you image, before you make any more attempts at fixing the code, the image needs to actually exist on WiKirby in order to insert it into an article; the one you are trying to insert, from what I can tell, does not, so it's not going to show up unless you actually upload it (please don't do so if it's taken from the wikia, though).--Vellidragon 15:45, 20 June 2012 (CDT)

Block[edit]

As you are apparently unwilling to take advice or cooperate in any other way, I have temporarily blocked you for two hours; you have been warned about this, but as you refused to listen, I saw this as the only way of making you stop your unconstructive edits (primarily to the Super Bonkers page). You retain the ability to edit your talk page during the block, so feel free to take a stance on here. If you can demonstrate that you have actually read the advice posted above and are ready to follow it, I may unblock you right away. If you keep up the same behaviour even after your block has expired, you will need to face a longer one. I'm sorry, but if you refuse to learn basic wiki editing and also refuse to read advice given to you, the wiki isn't going to profit from your contributions.--Vellidragon 16:01, 20 June 2012 (CDT).

Umm... I'm sorry about the trouble but, I tried to upload an image of Super Bonkers on his page but it wouldn't show up. I tried everything but nothing seemed to work. —Preceding unsigned comment added by JonCna (talkcontribs) . Please always sign your comments by typing ~~~~!

Here is a guide on how to properly upload an image. However, do note that before you upload an image, make sure that you have the proper permissions to use that images (for example, do not use an image from Wikia), and that the image is properly attributed. It is best to just generate your own images to upload on this wiki. And, to reiterate, like Veillidragon said, if you need help, read the help pages, as well as the quality standards pages. In addition if you are experimenting or learning with a page, use the Show Preview feature to preview your edits before saving your edits. That way your edits do not clog up the Recent Changes page. And remember to read talk page messages, a lot of what I just said Vellidragon already told you about.T.c.w7468 16:39, 20 June 2012 (CDT)
