Help?[edit]

Can you help me with my edits of Air Ride? Can you make a Stats page? As in, battle capability, handling, gliding, et all... It would really help me. Thank you! I would do this myself, but I've never played Air Ride. Looks fun, though. KabuKABU ~~A. K. A. Focus58... 08:07, 26 August 2011 (CDT)

Sure. But before I help, I'll have to know which specific Air Ride articles you'd like me to assist you with. -- Catulaster(talk) 19:25, 26 August 2011 (CDT)
Go to Swerve Star. Look how many redlinks there are! Most are links to "stats," as in Gliding, Top speed, ect. So I'm asking you to make a stats page withe a header for each stat. If you can, fantabulous. --KabuKABU ~~A. K. A. Focus58...
I've finished your request. The fact is, all the information you needed is presented on the Patch article. All I really had to do was redirect the pages.... to.... it. Uh, your welcome, I guess. :) -- Catulaster(talk) 15:35, 27 August 2011 (CDT)

Image Captions[edit]

Can you please stop changing the image captions to "[subject] as it appears in [game]" whenever I fix them? It's misleading (you use it on artwork and sprites alike) and hardly informative, as it makes no indication of whether the image stems directly from the game or is artwork of the subject. "Artwork/Sprite/Model from [game]" is the standard for infobox images (as can be confirmed by looking through the majority of articles, particularly enemy ones), with [game] not being a link as it's most likely linked to in one of the game parts of the infobox anyway, as well as the article itself. Images outside of infoboxes can have more varied captions, but should in all cases mention whether the image is artwork or a sprite/model, which your version never does. Please stop changing them back when I correct them.--Vellidragon 09:52, 27 August 2011 (CDT)

Alright, I've had it with your inability to listen. This has even been added to the quality standards by now and you still put "[subject] as it appears in [game]" into both the Sir Kibble and the Plasma Wisp article while claiming to be "fixing" things. I've been putting up with this kind of behaviour for way too long, and it's becoming more and more of a nuisance to clean these things up. I currently have to take care of practically the entire site by myself, and stubbornly continuing to create more work for me even after I point this out on your talk page and go through the hassle of updating the quality standards just so it's clearer what to do and what not to do is just something I'm not going to deal with any longer for the moment. I don't know what keeps you from following standards (despite claiming to be doing so) like everyone else does, but it's quite enough. This is not the only issue I keep having to fix, either. Sorry to sound rude, but I'm really tired of this kind of thing. See you in three days.--Vellidragon 11:46, 17 September 2011 (CDT)

Above message was a three day block notice and should remain for later reference. I deeply apologise and I understand you don't want it on your talk, but I may need to justify the temporary block at a later date and this lists the main reasons I had at that time. Re: Image request[edit]

I understand you can't upload via your cell phone (use your computer?), but I generally take a hands-off approach over here as I'm much more involved on the other Kirby wiki. I can offer code/tech support, certain information or clear up on some things, but I hope you can understand why I don't actually perform the edits myself unless it's fixing a glaring error. The two wikis work somewhat differently in many ways including templates, categories, licensing, policies etc. etc., and I respect that. Besides I already have my hands full on one wiki and I wouldn't want to upset anyone on both sides by doing something I'm not supposed to in every sense of the word. I'm just here to make sure the relationship between the two wikis remain healthy - much less of an editor or content uploader unless in special circumstances, then of course I'd do everything I can to help.

And sorry I took so long to reply - I don't check here that often. If there's anything urgent, please talk to me over on the other side.Changtau2005 09:52, 5 October 2011 (CDT)

Userspace[edit]

Please keep anything related to yourself on your userspace. You can create limited personal subpages (i.e. "User:Catulaster/[name]"), but the main namespace is for articles falling under our coverage (i.e. Kirby-related stuff) only. If you create pages related to yourself on the mainspace or move your userpage there again, actions will be taken, so please don't. Thank you very much.--Vellidragon 18:28, 6 October 2011 (CDT)
