Jester hat

The article says that he gets a jester hat when he gets the ability that he immediately loses when he gets the ability. I just got it from Daroach, but didn't see any Jester hat at all. Is this true or is it a less than a second appearance? Turtwig A (talk | contribs) 19:39, 21 June 2010 (UTC)
