I'll poke into the server soon. Adam may have lowered it to 100. We once discussed 200 being way too high. Generally you can tell if an editor is going to be a problem in the first 10 edits, 50 for sure, and 100 just to be highly cautious as opposed to 200 (hyperultra-paranoid).
