Capitalisation

I've noticed that the featured templates are in "Featured templates" with "Featured Templates" having a deletion request, whereas formatting templates are in "Formatting Templates" with "Formatting templates" having the deletion notice. It doesn't quite seem logical to me atm why one should have a lowercase "templates" while the other has "Templates" capitalised.
