Plugg is the eponymous, plug-like foe from Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards that rewards Kirby the Spark copy ability when ingested. It attacks by jumping up and pushing its 'horns' into the ground, causing two small electrical waves on both sides. While its attacks do minimal damage, the electrical spark it creates tends to travel a bit of a distance before dying out.
