Dream Land is a kingdom on Pop Star in which Kirby lives in. It has been targeted by several wrongdoers, which Kirby and others help stop. Those who live here sleep peacefully, due to the Fountain of Dreams having a Star Rod that prevents nightmares from coming there.

Appearances

Kirby's Dream Land

The first game of the series takes place entirely in Dream Land. Kirby ventures through Green Greens, Castle Lololo, Float Islands, Bubbly Clouds and finally Mount Dedede in order to defeat the gluttonous king and recover the stolen food and stars to Dream Land's denizens.

Kirby's Adventure/Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land

In Kirby's Adventure and its remake, Nightmare in Dream Land, the residents of Dream Land start to have nightmares because King Dedede steals the Star Rod that lets them sleep peacefully. He then divides it into 7 parts. Kirby eventually puts the Star Rod back together, but discovers that King Dedede actually stole the Star Rod to keep it from a villain named Nightmare. Kirby defeats Nightmare and allows Dream Land to have a peaceful sleep once more.

Kirby Super Star

Most of the sections of this installment (and it's remake) take place in Dream Land, including Spring Breeze, Dyna Blade, Revenge of Meta Knight, and The Great Cave Offensive. The Fountain of Dreams is also visitable on several occasions during Milky Way Wishes.

Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards

At least some of the stages that take place on Pop Star are located in Dream Land.

Kirby: Squeak Squad

The first level, Prism Plains takes place in Dream Land.

Kirby's Epic Yarn

In Kirby's Epic Yarn, Yin-Yarn turns Dream Land and its citizens into yarn. Dream Land is the last world of this game. The levels of Dream Land are very reminiscent of the original Kirby games, as many of them are remakes, only in yarn form. For example, Whispy's Forest replaces Green Greens, and Tempest Towers replaces Butter Building. The songs in these levels are also slightly changed versions of classic Kirby songs. These include the Gourmet Race music, the Ice Cream Island music, and the Halberd music.
