Clayn is an enemy from Kirby's Return to Dream Land. It is first encountered in the Onion Ocean level.
Clayn is a slug-like enemy that stays in place and remains retreated into itself until approached. It then inflates itself upward, damaging anyone it touches. It isn't necessarily a tough enemy, but it can be hard to notice until it puffs up, which can often lead to the unwary adventurer taking a hit. In later stages, they can also be seen guarding doorways and hiding in dark places, sometimes even both.
Clayn does not yield any Copy Ability if swallowed.
