Capsule J is an enemy in Kirby Super Star, giving out the Jet ability. It is also the Helper for the aforementioned Copy Ability. As a Helper, it can use its regular abilities as well as any of the abilities Kirby gains with the ability. In the the game's remake, Capsule J was replaced by Capsule J2, who acts the same, but looks different.
